Accessibility Services

We are committed to making our services accessible to all of our customers. We strive to incorporate accepted guidelines that will help customers with disabilities access our services. Our accessibility services include:

Materials for blind or visually-impaired customers
Copies of many of our print materials are provided free of charge in formats accessible for customers who are visually impaired. The items below may be ordered by calling us toll-free at (866) 904-7222.

  • Statements in large print, Braille, computer disc or audiocassette for checking, savings and money market accounts.

  • Raised line checks for the same fee as regular checks

  • Free monophonic earphones. These allow private delivery of voice information at talking ATMs, to protect the security of blind and low-vision users.

Customer service for customers with hearing impairments
Customers with hearing impairments may contact customer service via Telecommunications Device for the Deaf (TDD) at (877) 904-1050.

ATMs
To make our automated teller machines (ATMs) accessible, we offer:

  • Braille on all our ATMs.

  • Physical access. Our ATMs meet The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) maximum height and reach requirements.

Web Site Accessibility
We're continually enhancing our Web sites to increase accessibility and usability for all of our customers.

  • World Wide Web Consortium's (W3C) Web site Accessibility guidelines. Web site enhancements are based on universal Web design principles, as well as priorities one and two of the W3C's Web site Accessibility guidelines.

  • Controllable font sizes You can control the font size of the main content on each page with your Internet browser. Our pages are coded so that the font will resize without significantly changing the layout of the page.

  • PDF documents created for Adobe Reader version 5.0 or later. Because PDF files created in Adobe Reader version 4.0 or earlier are not accessible by screen readers, we create our PDF files in version 5.0 or later. Therefore, to access the PDFs on our site, you'll also need to upgrade your Adobe Reader version to 5.0 or later.
